Information we collect
When you request a quote, contact us, or use the "See Your House Clean" visualizer, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, property address, and (for the visualizer) a photo of your property. We also collect basic usage data automatically through analytics tools described below.
How we use quote and contact form information
Information submitted through our quote and contact forms is used solely to follow up with you about your project — to provide pricing, schedule service, and answer questions. We do not sell this information to third parties.
AI visualizer photo handling
Photos you upload to the "See Your House Clean" tool are sent directly to a third-party AI image service (fal.ai) to generate your preview and are not stored by PSW— we keep no copy on our servers or in our database at any point. The generated preview is hosted temporarily by the AI service so your browser can display it. Uploads are limited to three per visit. Analytics and advertising tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance on Facebook and Instagram. Data storage and security
