Our process
- 1
Prep
Screens are removed and tracks are cleared of debris and dead insects before any glass gets touched, so dirt isn't dragged across a clean window later.
- 2
Wash
Glass is washed with a squeegee-based technique and dried streak-free — no paper towels or leftover lint.
- 3
Detail
Sills, tracks, and frames are wiped down by hand, since these areas collect the dirt and grime that make a clean window look dirty again fast.
- 4
Reassemble & inspect
Screens go back on and every window is inspected in daylight, since streaks and missed spots are easiest to catch with natural light behind the glass.

Frequently asked questions
Do you clean interior windows too?
Yes, interior and exterior cleaning are both available — let us know which you'd like when you request a quote.
Can you remove hard water stains?
In most cases yes — light to moderate mineral buildup comes off during a standard clean; heavier buildup may need a follow-up treatment.
Do you clean the screens too?
Screen cleaning is available on request — we rinse and wipe them down separately so they aren't just reinstalled dirty.
How long does window cleaning take for an average house?
Most homes take one to three hours depending on window count and whether interior cleaning is included.
